Some projects because of their complexity, scale or special features may require expert review and/or input. Lerch Bates are an award-winning independent vertical transportation consultancy that has more than 40 years’ experience of lift system design.
Lerch Bates will undertake a due diligence review of the proposed lift design for a single building for a fixed fee which, providing the lift design meets the agreed traffic design criteria, will enable them to provide certification of the solution in written form. The fee for any given building is £90* per floor served by lifts (*plus VAT as applicable). The whole process typically takes no more than 72 hours from receipt of the requested pro-forma information.
Certification can be purchased on-line through the Adsimulo website. Subscribers need only enter the basic details of the project and pay the specified fee to order a design review and certification by Lerch Bates. They will be contacted by Lerch Bates to access the relevant Adsimulo file and also requested to supply a pro-forma list of design information.
